We have a position available for a qualified Childcare Assistant at the Falls Creek Snowclub 4 Kids.

Your primary role will be to provide a warm and welcoming environment for children (and parents) taking part in the children’s ski programs offered by Falls Creek Snowsports.

You will be responsible for children between the ages of 3 to 5 and duties will include:

• Welcome children / parents on arrival to the children’s centre; check that the children have correct ticket(s) and attend to registration procedures
• Assist Instructors with preparing children for lessons outside in the ski area
• Attend to children’s needs after lessons – meals, clothing, toilet, etc
• Assist Instructors by making the programs more enjoyable for the children
• Maintain the effective operation, appearance and cleanliness of the children’s centre
• Ensure that the centre is operated in accordance with appropriate regulations

You should be able to provide a high level of customer service and extend yourself to ensure our families experience a rewarding holiday at Falls Creek.  

The children’s centre is located at the top of the mountain (at the top of the Falls Creek Express) within the ski area.

• Must have current certification in accordance with the Children’s Services Centres Regulations 1998
•  Experience in childcare for ages 3 – 5 years is essential.
• A police check will be required.
