Positions are available for sales staff in our ticket offices and also within the Snowsports office. Ticket sales staff promote and sell FCSL lift tickets, lessons, equipment hire and packaged combinations of our products and are able to identify the best option for our guests, duties may also include assisting guests in the rental department and retail sales within our sports outlets. As a customer service representative you will be expected to maintain a pleasant, professional manner and be well groomed in appearance. You should be able to provide a high level of customer service - for many guests you will be the first point of contact with FCSL.
Requirements:
You should posses excellent customer service and communication skills, cash/card handling experience and have the ability to cope in extremely busy situations. You should also be computer literate and a demonstrated team player. Post secondary education and / or experience with customer service, sales, tourism, hospitality or business related fields would be highly regarded but not essential.
