As a Hire Attendant you will be required to assist our guests with selection and fitting of Ski or Snowboard equipment in accordance with their experience and their requirements. You will be able to identify the best equipment option for our guests, your duties will also include retail sales and maintenance of the rental fleet.

Requirements:

Previous experience or experience within a busy retail environment would be an advantage but is not essential. As a customer service representative of FCSL you will be expected to maintain a pleasant, professional manner and be well groomed in appearance. You will need to organise our guests in an efficient, courteous manner in a fast paced environment. For many guests you will be the first point of contact with FCSL.
