Falls Creek owns and operates an extensive snow making system with a fleet of 50 fans guns and numerous air/water guns including Areco, York and Techno Alpin guns.
Constant improvement of the guest experience is a goal of Falls Creek Ski Lifts and we are seeking experienced Snowmakers who understand the need to deliver a vital product in a timely, efficient and safe manner.
 
Requirements
 
The ideal applicants will have previous snowmaking experience and have an understanding of the skills required to operate fan guns, air/water guns and snow mobiles. They will be prepared for night work, manual labour and extreme weather conditions. They will enjoy the responsibility of working in a small crew and would display a mature work ethic.
Computer skills, Electronics skills or a trade background would be an advantage.
There are a limited number of training positions available to applicants with previous ski area experience (i.e., lift operations, lift mechanic/electrician)
Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and a team player.
